My name is Wade Devers and I work as a designer, art director, and creative director. I strongly believe in the power of creativity as a business driver and have been fortunate enough to work with client partners and brands who share this belief.
For the first 25+ years of my career, I worked in advertising agencies, where I learned the craft of communication design and developed a deep appreciation for proper strategic inputs and detailed execution. In 2018, I decided to shift to the client side and joined SimpliSafe, a home security disruptor as their first creative director. During my time there, the brand grew significantly onthe strength of its product, brand building, and communication design efforts. It continues to be the highest-rated brand in its segment.
Currently, I am the design director with MECHANICA, a brand transformation consultancy that merges strategy and collaboration with exceptional design and creativity to align brands with their business strategy and company culture.
